Condolence From: Morgan Ahoff
Condolence: Walter extended kindness whenever he could, and in this way made his community a better place. I am touched by the example he provided. My condolences to Timothy, and June, and family in this difficult time.
(in a side note, I must say he would be impressed by this on-line tribute -- he liked techy-things that serve their purpose well.)

Condolence: Dear June and family,
Walter was a kind and gentle soul who always made others feel welcome. Much of his time was spent in the service of others. I include myself among the lucky ones who felt his caring and compassion.
I will miss him.

Condolence From: Megan Hughesman (nee Zilkey)
Condolence: June and Family,
Bryan, my father, passed along the sad news of Walter's passing. I have fond memories of him from Windsor Park United when I was a child. My husband, Will, and I were fortunate enough to have Walter officiate at our wedding two years ago and to share in the celebration with both of you. I am grateful for that opportunity to reconnect and have thought about you often since then. Walter was a kind man with a quick wit and he will be missed. Our thoughts are with you and the family in this difficult time.
